The Auto-Shuttle Magnetic Separators uses a strong permanent magnetic field to separate iron impurities from the flowing fluid. As the fluid enters the equipment, it flows through a strong magnetic field generated by permanent magnets. During this process, iron impurities are attracted to the magnetic components, while the clean fluid continues to flow through the pipeline and is discharged. With the use of permanent magnets, the equipment operates without external power supply, ensuring stable and reliable operation. There is no automatic cleaning system, so when iron impurities accumulate to a certain level, the magnetic components need to be manually cleaned to maintain efficient operation.
