Working Principle

The fully automatic layered drawer magnetic separator uses a multi-layer drawer design to efficiently separate iron impurities. The material enters the equipment through the feed inlet and flows through the different layers of drawers, each containing powerful magnets to attract iron impurities of varying sizes. As the material passes through, non-magnetic substances flow out, while the iron impurities are retained in each layer of drawers. When the iron impurities accumulate to a certain level, the fully automatic cleaning system activates, automatically removing the drawers containing the impurities. The cleaned drawers are then put back into operation, ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of the equipment.
