Working Principle

The Self-Cleaning Drawer Magnetic Separator consists of several drawers that house magnetic rods or magnetic grids. When the material flows through the separator, the iron impurities are attracted by the strong magnetic field generated by the rods or grids. These magnetic elements capture the iron particles from the material as it passes through.
After the material has been processed, the drawers can be pulled out for cleaning. The trapped iron impurities are removed from the magnetic rods or grids, ensuring that the equipment continues to operate efficiently. The clean, non-magnetic material continues to flow out of the system.
