Magnetic filter iron remover is mainly used to separate the fine iron components in the liquid medium to meet the process requirements of the liquid medium. It is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, pigment, dye, food, metallurgy, ceramic and other industries. This product has the advantages of strong magnetic force, good iron removal effect, and convenient cleaning of iron chips.
Magnetic filter When the liquid enters the box through the main pipe, the medium containing fine iron components will be adsorbed on the magnetic rod, and the clean fluid will be discharged from the filter outlet. When cleaning is required, the drain plug at the bottom of the main pipe can be unscrewed, the fluid can be drained, the flange cover can be removed, the magnetic rod can be taken out, cleaned and reinstalled. Rust, sand in sewage, a small amount of solid particles in the liquid, etc. can be filtered to protect the accessories on the equipment pipeline from wear and blockage, and to protect the normal operation of the equipment.
1. Permanent NdFeB magnetic rods are used, and the surface magnetism can reach 12000GS.
2. Strong magnetic force, good iron removal effect, convenient cleaning of iron chips, etc.
3. It can remove tiny particles of 0.5~60μm that cannot be seen by the naked eye.
4. The surface finish of the rod magnet can meet the requirements of food grade.
5. Its magnetic source is made of high-performance NdFeB permanent magnet material, and its magnetic force is 5-20 times higher than that of similar conventional magnetic materials (ferrite or AlNiCo permanent magnet material).
1. Connect the flange interface of the magnetic filter to the flange of the slurry output pipe so that the slurry flows evenly through the filter. After a period of trial, determine the cleaning cycle.
2. When cleaning, first loosen the clamping screw on the cover, and then pull out the magnetic rod to clean the ferrous impurities adsorbed on the magnetic rod. After cleaning, first install the magnetic rod, tighten the clamping screw, and then tighten the magnetic rod cover, and then continue to use it.
3. When cleaning, the pulled-out magnetic rod cover cannot be placed on metal objects to prevent damage to the magnetic rod.
